Idea Academy will select four young go-getters who will be given the opportunity to deal with four real clients and four exciting challenges over four weeks.

Idea Academy looks forward to hearing from you if at least one of the following descriptions applies to you:

  • You are taken with the idea of working in a creative team and are interested in communication, design and all things digital.
  • You enjoy communicating with people and can produce amazing texts.
  • You recognise good design and can use design programmes.
  • You have digital skills and want to create cool digital solutions.
  • You are bursting with creativity and new ideas.

The training month will include workshops about creativity, design, media, public relations, digital innovation and more. Trainees can participate in parallel projects as well, taking part in team work or meetings with clients and colleagues.
